We will go through your current health goals, delving deep into various body systems such as gut and hormone health, while also considering your past medical history, family background, diet, lifestyle, and physical activity. By understanding your unique self, we can tailor a personalised treatment plan just for you. Treatments may include customised herbal formulas, nutraceuticals, flower essences, dietary and lifestyle changes.

A 45-minute follow-up consultation allows us to review the progress of the treatment given in the initial consultation. During this session, we will assess the effectiveness of previous treatment plans, discuss any changes or improvements, and collaboratively adjust the ongoing naturopathic treatment to further enhance your well-being. The consultation aims to provide personalised care, address any new concerns, and ensure you’re on track to achieve your health goals. We may also use this consult to go over any pathology results that have been requested after the initial consultation.

An Acute Naturopathy Consultation is tailored specifically for those urgent situations when you need quick advice. Whether it's a sudden ailment or discomfort (such as a cold/flu, UTI, etc).

These consultations are often spontaneous in nature and short in duration (15 minutes). You will be asked to fill in a brief questionnaire prior to the appointment to ensure efficiency.
