  • Service Policies

    Booking Policy: To schedule Naturopathic consultations, you can make bookings either by phone or online through booking software, Practice Better. Within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS appointment reminders. Please note that payment is required upon booking, and our third-party partners will collect specific payment and billing information.

    Pricing Policy: The pricing of our services is subject to change at any time. Any discounted consultations will be available at the lower price only during the specified sale period.

    Cancellation Policy: At Ela Wellness, we highly value our clients' time and request mutual respect for ours and other clients' schedules. Therefore, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your consultation within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a fee equal to 50% of the total fee will be applicable.

    Appointment Changes: Clients are allowed to reschedule Naturopathic consultations up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. For any appointment changes, please contact us directly. Rescheduling appointments within 12 hours of the consultation will be at the client's discretion and may incur a fee equal to 50% of the original fee. Failure to attend an appointment will result in a fee equal to 100% of the original fee. In the event that a practitioner is unable to attend an appointment due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be promptly informed and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

  • Service Policies Cont.

    Client Intake Forms: We kindly request that new clients complete the Initial Client Intake form for both Naturopath consultations at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. The intake forms will be emailed to clients upon booking their initial appointment. If an intake form is not completed before the scheduled appointment, it will need to be filled out during the consultation, incurring the client's own consultation expense. Please note that no additional time will be allocated to compensate for lost time, and the full consultation fee will be charged.

    Consultation Etiquette: We kindly ask for your respect toward our staff, facilities, and processes at all times. Please ensure that you submit the required Initial Client Intake forms 24 hours prior to your appointment and arrive 5-10 minutes early. This will ensure that your Naturopath consultation can run for the full allotted time, as late arrivals will not receive additional time and will be charged 100% of the service fee.

    Behaviour: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, comments, or gestures at Ela Wellness. In such cases, at the discretion of the practitioner, the consultation will be immediately terminated, and the client will be charged 100% of the fee.
